Facility Search
Using the options below, you can start your search to obtain monitoring data for a facility by entering information and/or making selections to help locate the records of interest. You may leave any field blank. However, your search may take longer the fewer criteria you fill in. The more fields you can accurately fill in, the better your chances of quickly finding what you are looking for. However not all fields contain information for all sites. Note that you must match the data EXACTLY as it appears in the database, so unless you are sure of spellings, abbreviations, etc., you may want to limit what you are querying for.
Some criteria fields allow more than one value to be selected from a list. These fields, indicated by a plural notation and a list, allow you to select more than one item. To select more than one item in the list, hold the CTRL key down while clicking on your selections.
Once you have finished entering information and/or making selections below, by selecting "Submit" or pressing "Enter" you will initiate your query. At the conclusion of your query, all facilities meeting your criteria will be displayed on the next page in groups of 20. You can then select the facility in which you are interested or you may download the list of facilities.
EXAMPLES
- If you know the 5-digit license or monitoring ID number of a facility, you can directly retrieve the information for that facility by entering the number into the appropriate field and selecting "Submit" or pressing "Enter" on your keyboard.
- If you know the facility name or owner, you must enter it exactly as it appears in the database. If you are not sure of the facility name or owner, you may select the list of values (List) link to find the exact match for the facility name or owner. By selecting the facility name or owner, the corresponding field will be automatically filled. To facilitate location of the correct facility name or owner, you may enter the percent sign (%) both before and after a key word in the name or owner field. (To further restrict your search, you may select a county or region along with the name/owner criteria.)
Selecting a County or a Region will return all the facilities in that county or region. To select multiple counties, hold the control key down and click your selections. Facilities located in the highlighted counties will be displayed on the next page.
