You can search the database in one of four ways:

1. Search the Well Inventory: Click on this option for well construction and location information if you know the approximate location of the well.

2. Search by Well Owner/Operator Name: Click on this option for well construction and location information if you know the well owner/operator or the facility name.

3. Search Sample Analytical Data - Sample History Report: Click on this option to look at groundwater pollutants in specific wells if you know the approximate location of the well or its "WI Unique Well Number", or if you want to know where specific groundwater pollutants occur statewide.

4. Search Sample Analytical Data - Sample Summary Count Report: Click here for a summary of substances present in groundwater by county, watershed, or specific location.
