Public Notification Requirements

When a Public Water System has a violation, they are usually required to notify the public about the problem. If they do not do so, that may create public notice violations and/or additional requirements for public notice. The "Original Violation" column describes the violation that created this Public Notification Requirement. If there is anything in the "Resulting Violation" column, then the Public Notification was not reported to DNR and a new violation was created.
